Check for Citus updates.
Sends a request to /v1/releases/latest?flavor=$CITUS_EDITION once a day, which returns a response similar to {"version": "7.1.0", "major": 7, "minor": 1, "patch": 0}. Then compares it with current Citus version, and if the latest release is newer, logs a LOG message.pull/1751/head
