Burak Velioglu	fa6866ed36	Start to propagate functions to worker nodes with CREATE FUNCTION command together with it's dependencies. If the function depends on any nondistributable object, function will be created only locally. Onder Kalaci	918838e488	Allow constant VALUES clauses in pushdown queries As long as the VALUES clause contains constant values, we should not recursively plan the queries/CTEs.
