Burak Velioglu	1460452442	Introduce CREATE/DROP VIEW Adds support for propagating create/drop view commands and views to worker node while scaling out the cluster. Burak Velioglu	fa6866ed36	Start to propagate functions to worker nodes with CREATE FUNCTION command together with it's dependencies. If the function depends on any nondistributable object, function will be created only locally.
