Emel Şimşek 24f6136f72 Fixes ADD {PRIMARY KEY/UNIQUE} USING INDEX cmd (#6647) ... This change allows creating a constraint without a name using an index. The index name will be used as the constraint name the same way postgres handles it. Fixes issue #6644 This commit also cleans up some leftovers from nameless constraint checks.
