- Remove pgsm_table_export.c and all table/partition code
- Remove pg_stat_monitor--2.3--2.4.sql migration
- Restore original view-based pg_stat_monitor API
- Add JSON logging functionality with pgsm_enable_json_log GUC
- Preserve all memory optimizations (2MB/1MB/2 buckets)
- Automatic JSON export during bucket rotation
- Zero user interaction required
